Mother’s Day Sunday

Actually not so bad for a Mother’s Day: We minimize the stress by doing our Mother’s Day for my mother yesterday. We celebrated today by going over to Bridget and Gabe’s. I do this every once in a while to remain in the family. Like I have discussed before… the house is inaccessible meaning I am either trapped inside or outside. This is interesting because you never really understand family flow until you go through this kind of event. It’s amazing how many times people enter and leave a room. If you are regulated to that room, you either have to be literally carried from one room or to the next or carried in or out side. This I not so bad in the winter because people just stay inside but all the other seasons it’s amazing to see the migration patterns. Not bad today, I had a book and that let me socially anti-social. I think all except this behavior now—it’s easier on everyone.

Steaks and coconut shrimp was on the menu—Gabe cooked Bridget supported and the time spent I am sure was quality. Dianne spent her “after-time” with Anakah and gab found a Star Wars episode for me. The segment was on Network so I had to deal with the commercials but it could have been a whole lot worse viewing could have been Nascar or baseball or some other pro sport. Not a bad day for a Mother’s Day. I am fortunate to still have a Mom
