Cafeteria Pizza

I don't know why but when I set up today's doctor's appointment I did it for 9:50 in the morning. I knew today was not a Melissa day where she helps me poop and shower and get dressed thereafter. Today would be one of those days I dress myself completely so I knew I had to get up early earlier than usual for a Thursday. This also means that I would not be around for coffee social which is every Thursday at 9:30 a.m.. so I started waking up around 3:35 I think laying in bed dozing till finally at 5:40 ish I ended up rolling out of bed and doing my morning routine. I actually was pleasantly surprised because my shorts and shoes went on far more quickly than usual. I found a shirt that I thought I would be okay with but I have to figure out a way to get rid of it because it's just too raggedy. I really do look like a hobo when I wear it I love it the shirt but I think I probably look pretty bad. I had to make a shift breakfast . It could have been so much better but I got enough to get me through even with an aging banana.

I had enough time actually to stop at the cafeteria at the IHC Hospital where my doctor is at. I got myself a small coffee they run out and sat in the area overlooking the helipad. I was hoping that I was lucky enough to watch a chopper either left or land neither happened while I was there. I was hopeful because the one Chopper that was sitting on the helicopter pad back propeller was spinning around not fast but enough to make me think that it was getting ready to Launch which it never did. It was cold today skies are overcast and THC hospital is in Murray close to the mountains and I forgot how nice the clouds look there's hugging the mountains closely on these  semi-cold days. Eventually I spend enough time just drinking coffee and looking at Murray from the hospital windows and trying to listen to other people's conversations that it's time for lunch. I grabbed a piece of pizza pepperoni pizza. I'm glad that I did because it was a pretty small piece I'm pretty thin but it got me out of my pizza craving stage. I enjoyed every bite of that small little piece Pizza. I washed it down with a small cart of chocolate milk a positively delightful lunch. This hospital really does have a fairly decent cafeteria there's so many other meal options I could have enjoyed. Particularly there fried food section where they've got everything from corn dogs to pretty nice looking hamburgers and all kinds of other hot sandwiches that would be delightful to enjoy and somewhat questionable as far as wise food choices in the weight Department. I figured I'd just did all right with the pizza in the small carton of milk
