Sundays confusion

Fairly Pleasant Sunday today. A bit of a roller coaster temperature wise from the last couple of days where it's been so cold. The clouds were gone and the sun was out. Temperatures shot up into the low 50s and I was pleasantly surprised. I even went out a little bit more than usual anyway. Of course it's Sunday morning and I was lucky enough to be able to have the kids meet me at local restaurant where we usually have breakfast. It's an 8:00 a.m. breakfast so the day hadn't warmed up too much but I had a fairly heavy sweater on or sweatshirt and I didn't have to zoom too far and during this early hour I can jaywalk or cross in the middle of the street as opposed to having to go all the way down to the to the lights to cross over. Crossing the street in the middle like this also significantly cuts down on the amount of power I use going to the restaurant and went back. Still I think I had enough juice in the battery in case I wanted to go anywhere else but there wasn't a lot of stuff I needed to do or places I had to go and the overall chair itself this sort of painful in the seating and such so I just hung out at the apartment as usual. My Spanish speaking neighbor Juana brought lunch again. I don't know why she does this and I certainly appreciate what she offers. Today it was 3:00 flour tortillas wrapped around some meat mixture which is pretty good plus a couple dollars of sour cream. I'm sorry it's catches me off guard but she knocks at the door and sign languages with me about bringing me the meal. I wasn't a bit hungry since I've had a fairly large breakfast at the restaurant but I ate one and put the other two back into the refrigerator with the sour cream for dinner which was my dinner. This is another situation where I seem to be adopted by somebody and for this reason she brings me meals periodically I don't know why and my Spanish isn't good enough to really sit down and visit with her to find a reason well I can do is gracefully accept the meal and have her dishes cleaned by the time she wants to pick them up. I usually just wait till the next day have it Sunday and then wash up the dishes and send them back on Monday morning.

My backup chair continues to do a number on my body. Somebody noted this afternoon that I'm developing a wound on my foot where it's rubbing on the foot locks where my feet rub against the sides. I'm going to have to see if I can get Melissa to build me some kind of a Band-Aid or cushion or something on the side of my foot locks to discourage this friction. That's all I need is a long-term wound so that could escalate into something really bad really quickly. Play football's on my regular chair has large sides that would not allow the foot to rub just another reason why I hope my regular chair gets back this week sometime. I know I'm not too chipper this Sunday night all the very reason to get to bed early...
