I just canceled my account with instacart, that program that issue shop for groceries and probably everything else via the Internet. It's really quite convenient and subtle. They have almost our delivery times it's amazing to me. I can order a fairly significant amount of items I have it delivered to me within 2 hours and usually less time than that. I keep ordering the convenience and then chicken out when I finally get the email that says they're going to charge my account $99 for a year of service which is really kind of a deal cuz that ends up being less than $10 a month for the service. I should accept that and go with it because I really like having it there when I need it like on super cold and rainy days that I don't feel like going across the street to the market. I always sucker for their free trial and then chicken out when it comes time to pay the piper. I mean I can do it there's no problem money wise except for I am beginning to be concerned about the amount of money I'm spending and how much it's affecting the small pile of wealth that I've developed over years. I just can't pull the trigger or step off The Ledger whatever made me want to use to start the program. I don't want to get into the habit of using instacart every time I turn around. It's just so convenient. I'll try to curb my internet ordering for groceries. It's just so convenient and so exciting to have three or four plastic bags of stuff sitting outside my door. I guess I could look at the situation where I look at these poor people manically almost hysterically running up and down the aisles of the market when I'm there this little notes of paper in their hands trying to fill up four or five bags of groceries for four or five different individuals who assume get there groceries at their door delivered supposedly with happy smiling people. I noticed they don't knock on the door anymore, they used to, it was so weird to go to the door and not find anyone there and just a couple of plastic bags sitting on the ground. Then the guys who delivered my stuff stopped knocking down the doors completely and I would just open the door and there would be my groceries. But I found out it was really interesting is that I could actually see the darkened images at the bottom of the door from the light in the hallway shining around the packages. I have to admit it is always kind of thrilling to me to get my groceries this way but it's just not me. I'll be a good boy and lay off ordering from instacart for the next couple of months maybe all summer actually until the bad weather starts again and I pussy out and not go out to get my groceries by myself…
