On holiday holiday

It's one of those days where it's a holiday but it's not a holiday. Tomorrow is the 4th of July the real holiday but because it's on the weekend they're celebrating today as they observed holiday. That's all pretty confusing sometimes but nothing federal or anything like that is open so it's just a non holiday holiday. Thankfully the buses were running today I used that early on to go to a movie which was fun. I even had popcorn. Spent more than I wanted to but I had the Sensation that the movie was free because of the program I'm on. My regular care person is still gone so I have Alan the Hispanic and he certainly tries hard. He's operating under the problem of not really understanding perfect English things get a little frustrating sometimes but all in all we get through. I certainly do not have the relationship with him as I do with Melissa. Again it's Friday and that means I don't poop again until Monday at least control it anyway. I'm a little worried because I didn't poop very much today which means I'm holding probably a lot I've got a hold of for two more days kind of freaks me. And with Melissa I could call her anytime and eventually should get over here and clean me up and get me going again I don't think I can do that with Alan. He works for two different agencies hustling and he tries to get some time in there with his family. Plus as much as I can understand he's also trying to start his own agency care Agency. I don't know how much faith I would put in him at this point he seems to be highly motivated however and that's a good thing. I spent $23 tonight or this evening on two steaks not too thick but steaks just the same. I almost had him tonight but I thought I'd wait till tomorrow which is the real holiday. I plan to get him cooked by tomorrow evening so at least I'll have one steak to go by on Sunday. One for tomorrow and one for Sunday I still have lots of potato salad left that's what I had for dinner. I probably should have something green somewhere along the line and I don't know if that's possible I noticed I still have some celery in there that needs to be used I guess that could count as something green from a crunch crunch standpoint. I am still eating off my concoction that's got green peppers or jalapenos in there they're green. I just have to be careful of what I eat now so I don't get too much stuff in me what goes in is got to come out sooner or later.

The hot weather is finally gotten back to the Wasatch Front excites me greatly if nothing else just to sit outside in the shade and read that was for me. I didn't sleep well last night so I tend to nod off a lot during the daytime hours. That's what I like to do most in the summer of retired life…
