It's almost late Saturday night, 9:30ish and I just finished watching a silly football game which cost me so much time I'm embarrassed. I don't even really like the team except for the teams from Utah so at least I have some skin in the game. It was an interesting Clash Mormons versus Catholics. I'm kind of surprised because I think Notre Dame is the stronger team if not better but BYU did it, it was kind of a nail biter to the end. Like I said I usually don't really even watch football but just because it was the whole Utah thing God support the Utah boys I guess. The days are beautiful right now actually warm enough to be t-shirt weather for me anyway. I didn't go anywhere I don't trust this chair at all I barely got you a few miles today actually 1.3 miles and already I'm at zero charge in my batteries. That means I'm sticking around here for the next couple of days until I get my other chair back. That's okay I mean that's not a big deal I will probably miss my Tuesday meeting in Salt Lake I just don't trust the chair enough to be out on the streets and using public transit and being so far away from the apartments. It's a shame. Hopefully Robert and the guys that you cat will be able to pull a rabbit out of the Hat and fix my other chair and get it back to me by Monday night if that were to be then I probably could make the meeting on Tuesday but it would be awkward even then because I still have to figure out how to transfer from my backup chair into my regular chair. But with my luck I'll be surprised if I can even get my chair back in time to do anything productive.
The most productive thing I've been able to do today was make sloppy joes from Food Bank food that's one can of ground beef and one can of sloppy Joe mix. It should not really surprise me because I've sort of done this before but I am surprised at how good the sloppy joe burgers were by the time I got done with them had one for dinner plus the number of spoonfuls of the sloppy joe mix. I was able to make two more sloppy joes that I put in the fridge and with the rest of the sloppy joe I put into a bag there's probably enough there for one good size Burger left that's so cool to be able to use this canned food for something as practical to sloppy joes. Sloppy joes are one of those food products that I could probably live on if I had to. But then again I'm enjoying some large bread rolls of some sort that I let dry out till the rock hard then just eat them by 9:00 on the hard bread. Then I think to myself I could live on bread and water if I had to not that I want to go to jail or anything but I wouldn't have a problem if I had to live on bread and water for an extended period of time. I am thankful for it all the great food that I do have..
