Sitting Preety

I took off the last two hours of the day and did the follow up appointment with my wound doc--this is the place I had all the problems with a couple of weeks ago and they actually brought a massage table to the ground floor and did my butt inspection there. But She pronounced me healed--s9m now I am on to be seen my a new Doc on Monday and start P.T. not soon after that. I will focus on the Russians for the next week.
